Built in 1971, this traditional Portuguese duplex, set just a couple of streets back from the waterfront, was completely refurbished in 2020 with quality building materials and finishings. Whilst the outside retains its original style, the inside has been upgraded to give a very clean, modern feel. Within walking distance to everything that you might need and a train station just up the road for places further afield, this property sits in a prime location.
